SHIPPING

 

*We offer free standard shipping for Hong Kong & Mainland China (no minimum order).

*For other countries, standard shipping is free for orders above 120 euros.

For orders below 120 euros, a flat rate of 15 euros will apply.

If you require international express delivery, you can select this option and flat rate 60 euros will be added to your bill during checkout.

Once your order is confirmed, we will ship the parcel within 3 working days and we will send you the tracking number by email.

However, once the item is shipped, we are no longer responsible the length of time it takes to reach the destination, as this is out of our control.  

 

For Hong Kong and Mainland China deliveries:

We post items via SF Express with a tracking number.

Shipping time: it usually takes 1-3 business days from dispatch.

Please note that a signature will be required for delivery of the parcel.  

Should you wish to track your item, please visit SF Express online tracking service here and enter in the tracking number that was sent to you for your order.  

For international deliveries:

We post items via Hong Kong Post (Speedpost Standard Service) with a tracking number or with SF Express with a tracking number, depending on your country.

Shipping time: is usually takes 5-14 business days from dispatch for international deliveries, depending on your country. 

Please note that a signature will be required for delivery of the parcel.

For international shipments, delays in customs may occur and we cannot be responsible for this type of delay. Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. If you elect to not receive your shipment by rejecting payment of the customs duties, you will be charged for return shipping. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will accept exchanges and returns only if the product is returned in new and unused condition with all the tags attached and in its original packaging. If your item shows any evidence of wear or damage, it will be returned to you and your refund voided. Please note postage cost is not covered.

Please e-mail us at contact@tevy.com.hk with your name and the order confirmation number that you received when you ordered the item. We will assist you with any question and send you return information and address. Goods must be returned within 20 days from receipt.  Do not ship your order back without e-mailing us first, otherwise the item will be returned to you and a refund will not be granted. 

If there is a production fault with your purchase and you need a refund, we will also refund the cost of your return postage. Please email us at contact@tevy.com.hk and include a photograph of your faulty item.

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3 business days and you will be notified via e-mail. Your banking institution may require additional days to process this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Tevy Limited.
